Convinced his newborn son's terminal illness diagnosis can be proven wrong, first-time father Sonny taps into his highly sensitive and tightly regulated AI superintelligence experiment for answers, or at least a sliver of hope. But Sonny's hubris sends him down a rabbit hole rife with unanticipated consequences.
